if you require full/private usage of the cafe or your event is outside of normal operating hours then a minimum spend of $2500 applies, this needs to be made up of a combination of food and beverage. If in the scenario the minimum spend is not met then the difference will be charged as venue hire. Deposits will be required for cafe bookings and full payment of activities is required 72 hours prior to your event. Any reductions or cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the function will be charged. Menu selections and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least one week prior to the function.
You can set up a bar tab for your guests at a credit limit decided by you. Once that limit has been reached you can choose to add further funds or your guests can then 'pay as you go'. As the account holder, you can specify the beverage options available to guests on the account. We can also accommodate 'first drink free' or tabs which subsidise your guests drinks.
LIQUOR licence & closing time
Our consent only allows us to serve alcohol until 9 pm and the venue needs to be closed by 10 pm. We can apply for a special licence but this needs to be completed 6 weeks in advance and it costs $650 which will added to your booking fee,
Pleas be aware that the Park is a completely smoke-free site (for obvious reasons) there are no exceptions to this rule and the closest area that guests can smoke is at the top of Worsleys Road (by our gate). Please make your guests aware of this before arrival.
